I needed a simple e-commerce website built to sell 3 products and decided to give Wubur a try. After discussing with them on a phone call I received a proposal that they could build my site in 15-19 hours @ $35/hour. They promised me a quick build time and 1 hour response time on changes.
What I received instead was a disaster. 8 months later, tons of delays, no responses and weeks of no work being performed on the site. In addition there were a ton of bugs and errors every time they performed work that constantly needed to be checked and responded too.
After 8 months and no site launched they quoted me an additional 60 hours to finish the site. I had spent up to $4k at this point. I finally decided to terminate the project (I should have done so earlier). 30 minutes after telling them I would not like to proceed with the project any longer they charged my card without my authorization for $2k they claimed for unfinished work.
All together I spent $6k, 8 months of wasted time and still do not have a working site.
I would highly recommend staying away from these developers.
