Donna Walters has 18+ years experience as a behind the wheel instructor. William Walters has 8 years as an instructor. *DMV CERTIFIED *LICENSED, BONDED & INSURED You must have a valid Virginia learners permit and a certificate completing a 36 hour classroom course. We know parents and busy! We offer free pickup and drop off - (home, school or work). We try our best to work around school schedules - practices/games and work hours. TEENS: Behind the wheel training consist of 14 periods of in car instruction. (7) periods of driving for 50 minutes and (7) periods of observation.
