Approximately 1 year and 6 months ago, True Blue Plumbing put a valve in our wall. This valve began leaking and causing damage in our basement. I had another plumbing company come out on an emergency call, replace the valve and they said the valve True Blue used (brand: Blue Fin) has been known to be faulty. True Blue said they won't pay anything as it's been longer than 1 year. The cost of repairs is $720 and True Blue's owner via email said "Unfortunately it doesn't fall under us.". I don't appreciate companies using cheap parts in my home and not standing by them. Buyer beware.
