Took our 16 1/2 yo Maltese into be bathed and groomed today. Because I am wheelchair bound my husband had to take her. Minnie has cancer and needed to be cleaned up. When I first booked her I was told it would be 2-3 hours and they would call when she was finished. My husband dropped her off at 12:30. The told him it would be 5 1/2 - 6 hours before she was done because they were short staffed. They should have at least texted us and given us the opportunity to reschedule her. She’s frail and has been diagnosed with cancer. They knew this. They said she was late because she had peed on the table. When I told the woman who answered sshe should be ashamed to treat an elderly dog like that she yelled to someone obviously working on Minnie to just put her in a cage and let my husband take her like she was. I was recommended to take Minnie to this shop. I won’t recommend anyone else.
