Rose City Caravan Storage has been established to cater for those who need a secure storage for their valuable assets. The storage is away from salt air in a well drained locality on a hill with bitumen road access in a Warwick suburb and close to Cunningham Highway. The property is surrounded by high fence, secure high gates and security cameras and lighting will be installed as the shade structures are erected. We run a managed storage whereby the owner/ manager will take possession of your van, boat, motor home, etc at the hard stand entrance. From there on the vehicle will be parked by the owner/ manager and will be subsequently returned to the hard stand for the owner when required. Only the owner/ manager has access to the vehicles when stored. Access to your vehicle will be with owner/ manager supervision. Initially storage is open without cover but shade sails will be installed progressively and the vehicle owners then have a choice of protection from 90% sun and hail or in the open. Owners can supply their own cover if need be. Drop off times and dates need to be arranged in advance as with vehicle pickup.
