About the Business

Primary Machinery is a family owned and operated business. We have a combined 30 years (and counting) of experience in the green recycling industry. Primary Machinery was founded by Michael “Mike” Ozuna in 2011 with the main focus on wood waste tub grinders, horizontal grinders, and biomass chippers. From the beginning, our goal was to have the best pre-owned equipment available at the best price possible. Some said that we were limiting our marketability by not catering to everyone, that there was a buyer for everything… That was not an option, and still not. Let the junk dealer sell his junk. We are focused on providing only the best to our customers. As a fairly new company to the industry it was imperative that each deal go through without issue. You only get one first impression, and that we did, to the behest of some. Equipment manufacturers like Morbark, Vermeer, and Rotochopper among others took notice and entrust Primary to sell their used or trade-in equipment. We not only set the standard when it came to the quality used equipment we sold, but the manner in which we do it, ethically.
