So not sure how this place has almost 5 Stars. Took my dog their 8am appt for trim and bath. Not even a full haircut. 61/2 hours later my dogs ears were hacked and she did his face and still has residue around his mouth. Very nice lady but shouldn’t agree to do what I ask if she can’t deliver. Horrible job for doing a partial cut/bath
