My name is Sandra Silverstein and I was a passenger in an automobile accident on 11/5/2021. I am writing this review because the two EMT professionals were over the top wonderful. They knew I was nervous and scared but they made me feel so much better with their kindness and understanding. Their patience (and believe me I needed patience) was so wonderful that at times I really did feel relaxed. I can't say enough about them except to let you know that they should be awarded an accommodation for the work that they do so expertly. Unfortunately I don't remember their names but I am sure that you can look it up in your records but I really do want them to know how much I am grateful for all that they did for me.
