Green Street is a real estate investment company based out of Durham, NC that serves the greater Triangle area. We are a small team of investors who buy properties directly from Homeowners and Landlords with all-cash offers. Because we buy “off-market” there are no extra fees, commissions, or expenses when we buy your house. The price we agree on is the amount you’ll receive at closing.
