About the Business

Downtown Expert School of Real Estate is a company based in Florida. It was founded in July 2020 by Nick, the owner and lead broker, in St. Petersburg, Florida. Since starting his business in Orlando, Nick returned to his hometown to start this real estate business. His goal for starting this business was to promote equity and diversity in the housing market. He believes that realtors play a vital role in making sure this is accomplished.
