I cannot speak highly enough about Brandy Zimos. We were first time home buyers in Humble, TX coming from out of state and had a very modest budget since I was just starting my residency training. We also had our four little kids with us. Our experience with her was awesome from start to finish. We were able to come to the Houston area for just one weekend to look for a home and in just one day she found us a perfect match in terms of its functionality with our family size and our budget. Plus it was an excellent, safe location. We fell in love with the place instantly and Brandy worked on it right away. The house had only been on the market for a day or so and already had a number of offers, but with Brandy on our side we won. During the whole process, she fielded our questions, and gave us an excellent education on home buying. She listened to our needs and desires and communicated very well with us, our mortgage company, and the sellers team. I cannot thank Brandy enough for all her top notch service for us.
