Rebuild of motorcycle engines aside from adjusting the valve clearances, and replacing cam-chains and belts, sometimes means deep, deep surgery! We understand a rebuild sounds tragic but sometimes a service just will not do it for you, On average, it is stated that around 3-5bhp can be lost every year, due to wear of the mechanical parts of an engine. We can give a strip down and inspection report before we commence work on your engine, it is inspected for wear, damage, problems and assessment.An estimate is then compiled listing all new parts, engineering work and repairs required We are fully conversant in the skills of a rebuild whether it is a big inch American or a 50cc moped we will execute the same care to detail to make sure your machine is up and running again.Please note that on an estimate we cannot foresee all problems and further additional work can only become apparent on the final assembly of the engine.
